(1) Where your personal information is stored

Personal information about you collected by our various offices during the provision of services will be stored in the relevant jurisdiction of the office which is collected, and shall only be transferred overseas in strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as by obtaining your prior consent, signing agreements with receiving parties, and conducting cross-border data transfer security assessments. You acknowledge that given that our headquarters are based in China, there may be intra-group transfers of data from our foreign offices for central processing, account management, or other legal compliance purposes and any such transfers shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws.
